Terms, Shipping & Returns

Product Availability
If an item is out of stock or delayed, The Village Sport will inform customers within two (2) working days about your order status.

Please note when ordering footwear that all the sizes listed are in US sizes and all prices
are in Australian Dollars. All prices are GST inclusive.

Delivery Fees
Rates of $7.95 for purchases under $50.00 and $9.95 for purchases over $50.00 will be charged for all orders placed online for delivery within Australia through Australia Post. Rates for Registered Post via Australia Post are $10.95 for purchases under $50.00 and $14.95 for purchases over $50.00. Please note registered post requires a signature on delivery.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery except WA residents please allow up to 15 business days with Australia Post. Lost items not registered via Australia post, is not the responsibility of The Village Sport.

PLEASE NOTE: This EXCLUDES Vuly Trampolines.  They are dispatched directly from the supplier, Vuly, and cost of postage is subject to size of trampoline.

Payment Methods
The Village Sport accepts PayPal, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Refunds & Returns
If you are not happy with your product that was purchased online for any reason, The Village Sport will be happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.

Defective items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. Lost items, not registered, is the responsibility of the purchaser, and an issue with Australia post. No refund will be given through a lost order.

Due to health and hygienic reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned, however, you may be entitled to an exchange, refund or credit note where goods are faulty.

Sale Items
All sale items purchased are final and no exchanges, credit notes or refunds will be made except in the case of faulty items.

  • The return must be received within fourteen (14) days of contacting us.
  • A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received.
